Though some are born with psychic abilities, others also believe in using the following exercise for visualization and relaxation as psychic techniques:
1. Sit on a chair and relax. Make sure that you're body keeps a straight angle from head to toe.
2. Close your eyes and free your mind from any distraction.
3. Feel the tension on your body.
3. Picture yourself in a quiet place, the one that gives you a feeling of serenity. Then, speak through your mind and say, "I am very peaceful."
4. Give yourself some time and relax. The different parts of your body will experience the feeling of heaviness as part of this relaxation ritual.
5. Whenever you're ready, move on to visualization. Envision an object with vivid colors. Other than orange, feel free to imagine bright colors.
6. Make this experience more realistic. Through the power of your mind, try to use your senses. You can also visualize other people in it. However, don't rush into analyzing the scene.
7. Breathe deeply as you count from five down to one or one hundred to one. Then, do another countdown as you leave this controlled state of mind to go back to your normal senses.
The success of this exercise depends on those who'll do this. Others may find it easy. But if not, just take time to practice this routine for visualization and relaxation. This will help improve your psychic techniques.
